  1. 1. Qualification

    1. 1.1. recruitment of recommended regional talent for grade 7

      • under the age of 60
      • do not include the case of Article 33 in the State Public Officials Act
      • graduates (or prospective graduates) with high grades who have been recommended by their university after completing 4 years of education
      • a top 10% score in the department
    2. 1.2. recruitment of recommended regional talent for grade 9

      • under the age of 60
      • do not include the case of Article 33 in the State Public Officials Act
      • Graduates (or prospective graduates) of specialized high schools who have been recommended by their school
      • Top 30% in scores or average class rank of 3.0
      • specialized course : average of at least B for all completed specialized courses, of which more than 50% should be A
  2. 2. Procedure

    1st round
    (multiple choice exam)
    Grade 7 : PSAT(Public Service Aptitude Test)
    Grade 9 : Korean, English, History
    2nd round
    (Document screening)
    Whether application is relevant or not
    3rd round
    (Interview)
    Individual presentation + intensive interview
